We are searching for the Best Talent to join our team **DIGITAL TRAFFICKER** **Job Objective** Plan, configure, optimize, and analyze paid media advertising campaigns on digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to strengthen institutional positioning and brand image, as well as maximize acquisition of qualified leads for academic programs, ensuring efficient use of the allocated budget. **Requirements** * Technical or university education (currently enrolled, graduate, or bachelor’s degree) in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Systems Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads), with focus on lead generation strategies. * Prior experience managing accounts in the education sector or service industry is desirable. * Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager: Advanced proficiency in creating audiences (custom, lookalike) and campaign structures. * Google Ads: Knowledge of Search and Display Network campaigns, and keyword optimization. * Web Analytics: Intermediate proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4\) and Google Tag Manager for conversion event tracking. * Excel / Google Sheets: Intermediate level for data cross-referencing, database sorting, and report creation. * Sales Funnel Understanding: Familiarity with user journey stages—from seeing an ad to registering for information requests. **Responsibilities** * Plan, configure, and execute advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other strategic digital platforms. * Execute positioning and conversion campaigns aimed at brand strengthening and prospect acquisition. * Implement and verify measurement and tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4\) to ensure accurate performance traceability. * Monitor and optimize campaigns daily via adjustments to targeting, bidding, placements, and budget to maximize performance. * Conduct A/B tests on ads, evaluating formats, audiences, and messaging to identify highest-performing alternatives. * Efficiently manage advertising budgets for undergraduate, graduate, and CIDI campaigns, avoiding deviations. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports with key performance, positioning, and conversion metrics. * Analyze campaign results and propose data-driven improvement actions to optimize performance. * Coordinate with Communications and Design teams, providing recommendations based on advertising content performance.
