Develop indicators and visual reports to support decision-making. Provide administrative support and address requests from departments within the Human Resources Unit. Requirements: University student of Industrial Engineering, starting from the 6th cycle. Experience handling data and indicators. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
