Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in banking platform management, execution of transfers, payment voucher filing, and account analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Banking platform and transfer management 2. Accounts payable analysis and application of tax regimes 3. Support in preparing financial reports for management ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Main Responsibilities: Management of banking platforms (e.g., BCP Telecrédito, BBVA Net Cash). Execution of local bank and interbank transfers according to the payment department’s schedule. Filing and control of payment vouchers, transfer confirmations, and accounting supporting documents. Support in preparing financial reports for management. Accounts payable analysis. Application of withholding and deduction regimes, as applicable. Registration of supplier peso invoices in the ERP. Requirements: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. Experience in applying withholding and deduction regimes. Proficiency in SAP BO. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, Power Query).
