Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Accounting Assistant for a textile company, with experience in reconciliations, account recording, and preparation of accounting reports, using CONCAR SQL and Excel. Collaborative work environment A textile company requires an Accounting Assistant to fill this position, meeting the following requirements: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting Proficiency in the CONCAR SQL accounting system Understanding of the accounting chart of accounts structure Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Creation of Excel pivot tables (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations Record and analyze accounting accounts Record bank transactions (inflows and outflows) Record and monitor bank transfers Record and monitor customer advance payments Collections and promissory notes payroll, daily collection recording, online payments Weekly and monthly accounts receivable reporting, collections forecasting Review and validate the Sales Register Provision and cancellation of the Purchases Register Preparation and submission of electronic accounting books (PLE) Preparation and submission of IGV–INCOME Tax Returns (PDT) Record and monitor customer advance payments Control and filing of accounting documentation Other duties as assigned by management related to this position.
