A leading company in Transportation, Engineering, and General Services within the mining sector is currently seeking 01 ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER who meets the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Knowledge of Supply Chain. Knowledge of Logistics and Human Resources. More than 05 years of experience in the mining industry. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan and administer technical processes of administrative systems for personnel, accounting, treasury, procurement, and/or asset control, ensuring the company has timely access to necessary resources to fulfill its services. - Carry out the accreditation (homologation) process for personnel and/or equipment entering the project. - Maintain records and control of financial resources assigned to the department. - Coordinate responses to service requirements: accommodation, meals, laundry, garages, offices, etc. - Control and monitor the equipment matrix (Web Control): insurance policies, SOAT, GPS devices, ITV, operational certificates, semi-annual inspections, etc. - Perform valuation and payment to service providers. - Compile the monthly deliverable for labor audit. - Prepare personnel work schedules. - Review and validate all payment vouchers for material purchases, services, rentals, construction subcontracts, etc. - Requirements - Minimum Education: University graduate 5 years of experience Age: between 22 and 57 years Willingness to travel: Yes
