Customer service and delivery coordination A company specializing in decorative landscaping and exterior design is seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to provide direct support to General Management. **Employment Conditions:** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system **(Half bonus, half CTS, 15 days of vacation, EsSalud, and pension insurance via AFP or ONP)** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM** * Workplace: **La Molina, behind Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón – UNIFE.** **Requirements:** * Knowledge of billing processes: issuance and validation of invoices, credit notes, shipping guides, and tax withholdings. * Experience in administrative functions or managerial support roles. **Responsibilities:** * Manage General Management’s schedule. * Provide support to General Management in managing and tracking administrative, commercial, and operational activities. * Handle assigned orders, respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and Instagram, prepare quotations, and coordinate customer service. * Coordinate with transport providers regarding vehicle availability and track scheduled deliveries. * Provide in-person customer service and support in the showroom. * Accompany General Management during meetings and site visits, supporting sales logistics and addressing customer requirements. * Prepare, organize, and deliver product samples to customers, the showroom, and job sites. * Register and maintain up-to-date customer, order, and related documentation records. * Manage the issuance and control of administrative documents (invoices, shipping guides, etc.) in coordination with Accounting. * Coordinate with Accounting on tax withholding management, supplier payment scheduling, and monthly document submission. * Monitor customer collections and receipt of supplier invoices for registration and processing. * Review administrative and accounting documentation, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate necessary corrections. * Confirm and communicate payments made to suppliers.
