Responsibilities: * Human resources, selection, and oversight * Talent retention through follow-up and evaluation * Logistics for property administration * Strategic planning of the action plan * Planning and supervision of team work * Establishing alliances with other agencies and real estate brokers We seek a committed entrepreneur for long-term growth who aligns with and commits to the team.
