Drive sales and offer additional services The Customer Service Department of DHL Express Peru is looking for a Customer Service Advisor. ROLE PURPOSE Ensures the best customer experience by responding to and resolving each customer need in accordance with DHL's highest standards and procedures. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Satisfy customer needs/requirements/inquiries by delivering an excellent customer experience. * Meet global, regional, individual KPIs as well as COE (Center of Excellence) points for your role. * Listen to and understand customers with empathy. * Propose solutions beneficial to both the customer and the company. * Be available online according to your scheduled shifts. * Accept and register DHL pickups; open cases in GEMA when customer requests require additional follow-up attention, such as complaints, STTT (Straight to the Top), or other situations identified by the advisor requiring more personalized support. * Drive sales through Sales Leads and offer applicable additional services that benefit the customer. * Provide customers with reliable and accurate information, verifying tracking systems to deliver complete information and offering appropriate guidance regarding restrictions or regulations. WHAT YOU BRING * Technical or university degree in fields related to International Trade. * One year of experience in logistics companies within the Customer Service area. * Basic knowledge of international trade and customs regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate English. * Availability to work onsite in Callao.
