Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in transportation or logistics to join Puchoc Logistics Operator, with expertise in accounting and tax processes. Fixed asset control and registration, and preparation of financial reports. At **Puchoc Logistics Operator**, a company with over 15 years of experience in nationwide cargo transportation and distribution, we are seeking **an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** with experience in the transportation or logistics sector, possessing analytical capability and expertise in accounting and tax processes related to fleet operations and distribution. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and recording of accounting entries. * Recording of provisions, depreciation, and amortization. * Execution of monthly accounting adjustments. * Analysis of accounting accounts and identification of inconsistencies. * Support in preparing and reviewing tax returns. * Receipt and review of travel expense reports, petty cash, purchases, etc. * Preparation of documentation for internal and external audits. * Fixed asset control and registration. * Preparation of monthly financial reports and basic indicators. * Other duties inherent to the position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Concar (Mandatory). * Proficiency in Sire System. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of current tax regulations. * Experience in preparing financial statements. * Strong analytical skills, organization, and confidentiality. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Market-competitive salary. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent work environment. * Employment modality: Full-time – On-site.
