Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage the receipt, dispatch, and control of merchandise, ensuring discrepancy reporting and tracking of transfers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages receipt and dispatch of merchandise 2. Tracks stock adjustments and inter-store transfers 3. Reports discrepancies in merchandise receipt We are one of Peru's leading textile retail chains, with regional presence and over 60 stores nationwide. We are currently seeking a WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT for our store located in VENTANILLA · Requirements: · Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience (preferred). · Completed secondary education. · Full availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one weekly day off). · Responsibilities: - Receipt and dispatch of merchandise, plus managing control of bag receipts. - Timely entry of merchandise receipt and/or dispatch waybills. - Reporting discrepancies identified during merchandise receipt within the first 48 hours after detection. - Tracking and completing stock adjustments and/or inter-store transfers. - Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. · Benefits: · Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. · Fixed salary of S/. 1180 + bonus for achieving store targets. · Statutory benefits. · 20% discount on purchases at our stores. · Interest-free credit line for purchases at our stores starting from the 3rd month. · Opportunities for growth and development. · Recognition as Employee of the Month. · Interested candidates should visit our store: Address: TOPITOP- MZA.
