Position Summary: Responsible for organizing, controlling, and optimizing the warehouse, as well as receiving, recording, and dispatching goods, ensuring inventory control and daily logistics. Support in transportation and delivery to customers/suppliers **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 03 months of experience in similar warehouse and dispatch roles (waybills, control of incoming and outgoing goods). * Valid A1 driver's license (no pending violations). **Responsibilities**: * Organize, control, and optimize the location, distribution, and arrangement of goods in the warehouse. * Receive, record, and inspect goods, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, waybills, and quality standards prior to warehouse entry. * Ensure inventory control of all items, maintaining appropriate stock levels and preventing stockouts or overstock. * Timely record warehouse inflows and outflows in established formats and/or systems. * Properly identify, classify, label, and safeguard stored goods. * Prepare, dispatch, and distribute goods according to user department requirements. * Schedule, organize, and execute the daily logistics route for equipment, documents, goods, or other deliveries and pickups. * Support transportation activities when required, including loading and unloading goods from vehicles. * Deliver invoices, documents, and other materials to customers and suppliers as applicable. * Execute procurement of internal company supplies (office stationery, paper products, and other consumables). * Maintain cleanliness, order, and integrity of both the warehouse and transported goods. * Verify that transported goods are properly protected and secured. * Report any incidents, deviations, damages, losses, or opportunities for improvement in the logistics process.
