Job Summary: We are seeking a Quantity Surveying Assistant for a major airport infrastructure project, specializing in digital quantity takeoff and extraction of construction quantities from BIM models. Accurate and auditable extraction of construction quantities **Join our team as a Quantity Surveying Assistant for a major airport infrastructure project!** **The Challenge:** We are looking for a "Digital Quantity Takeoff Specialist" to assume the role of Quantity Surveying Assistant in developing detailed engineering documentation (multiple technical files for infrastructure) for a significant airport modernization megaproject. Your mission will be to ensure accurate and auditable extraction of construction quantities directly from BIM models, as well as calculation of non-modeled items, working 100% on-site in a collaborative environment (*Big Room*) at our offices in **San Borja, Lima**. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Perform automated quantity takeoff from BIM models, ensuring compliance with all parameters defined in the BIM Execution Plan for QTO (e.g., *Assembly Code* and specific QTO parameters). * Identify, calculate, and accurately quantify non-modeled items (calculated and associated), preparing corresponding calculation memoranda per technical discipline. * Prepare detailed quantity memoranda for sub-items included in Unit Price Analyses (APU). * Support assignment of OmniClass codes (Table 22\) to new items in project dictionaries. * Collaborate closely with the Budget Coordinator to ensure correct integration of quantities extracted from Revit into Presto software via the Cost\-It plugin. **What We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical construction fields. * Proven experience of 2–3 years performing quantity surveying for high-complexity infrastructure projects (airports, mining, hospitals, or logistics centers). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit focused on scheduling table extraction and material quantity takeoff (QTO). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for developing templates and calculation memoranda. * Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and proactivity. * Immediate availability to work 100% on-site at our office in **San Borja, Lima**. **Desirable Plus:** * Prior experience using the Presto ecosystem (specifically Cost\-It) and familiarity with the OmniClass classification system.
