We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our Human Resources team. We seek a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual with experience in personnel administration and payroll processing.
Requirements
Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technical diploma holder in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions.
Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation.
Proficiency in T-Register, PLAME, AFP Net, and PDT.
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of social benefits calculation and personnel administration.
Analytical ability, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll registers.
Record and validate attendance information, tardiness, absences, leaves, medical leave, and overtime hours.
Calculate salaries, family allowances, commissions, bonuses, deductions, and other remunerative items.
Prepare pay slips and maintain updated records of employee payments.
Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in T-Register.
Support the preparation and submission of PLAME.
Administer affiliations, transfers, and inquiries related to AFP and ONP.
Calculate and prepare CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, vacations, profit-sharing, and social benefits settlements.
Monitor and update the personnel database.
Administer and maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee files.
Draft employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and other labor documentation.
Manage and track employee vacation schedules.
Coordinate the delivery of pay slips, employment certificates, and other labor documents.
Address employee inquiries regarding payments, deductions, and labor benefits.
Prepare payroll reports and indicators for management and leadership.
Support labor audits, SUNAFIL inspections, and requirements from regulatory authorities.
Verify compliance with current labor regulations.
Provide support in personnel administration and human resources processes.
