Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the implementation of community engagement plans, maintain communication with local stakeholders, and manage citizen participation in infrastructure projects. We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation of community engagement plans and programs linked to road infrastructure projects. * Maintain ongoing communication with local authorities, community leaders, social organizations, and populations within the area of influence. * Record, address, and follow up on inquiries, requests, complaints, and commitments made to communities. * Organize and coordinate informational meetings, workshops, awareness campaigns, and citizen participation activities. * Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and social management reports. * Conduct fieldwork to collect social information and monitor situations that may generate reputational risks or social conflicts. * Support the management and monitoring of corporate social responsibility and community development programs. * Keep the database of social actors and stakeholders updated. * Coordinate with various company departments to ensure fulfillment of commitments made to communities. * Ensure compliance with sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and stakeholder engagement policies.
