Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join the Tecin Minera team, managing teams, suppliers, and procurement, supply chain, and warehouse operations. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and supplier management. 2. Knowledge in procurement, supply chain, and warehouse management. 3. Ability to analyze logistics indicators (KPIs). We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our Tecin Minera team. REQUIREMENTS: * University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the industrial sector; mining sector experience preferred (mandatory). * Proven experience in team leadership and supplier management. * Solid knowledge of procurement and supply chain management, transportation and distribution coordination, and warehouse and inventory administration. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to develop and analyze logistics indicators (KPIs), such as service level, inventory turnover, and logistics costs, among others. * Preferably residing in districts of Northern Lima BENEFITS: * Employment with a company under the General Regime * Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Work Location: Los Olivos-Lima. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University graduate 2 years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
