Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of construction finishes and warranty validation. (Desirable) Proficiency in CRM tools. Availability to work onsite in Surco. Willingness to travel. Responsibilities: Inspect housing units prior to delivery to ensure quality standards. Manage key inventory for real estate units. Assist customers during housing delivery to guarantee a satisfactory experience. Organize and update physical and digital documentation for units. Coordinate unit activation and after-sales requirements with the operations department. Record and follow up on after-sales observations and service requests. Prepare after-sales and activation progress reports using BI and Excel. Provide support in operational activities for the after-sales and customer service team. Handle customer requests in coordination with the SAC team.
