RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Address and coordinate requests and requirements related to employees’ economic, health, work-related, and family matters.
* Organize festive and social welfare activities within the company, including Labor Day, Christmas, and others.
* Maintain ongoing coordination with all company departments and institutions linked to the social area to monitor and improve the working environment.
* Coordinate occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and exit exams) and follow up on them in collaboration with the occupational physician.
* Approve invoices for occupational medical examination services (pre-employment, periodic, and exit exams).
* Request copies of national ID cards (DNI) of beneficiaries and maintain a record of employees’ children for family allowance payments.
* Manage benefits under the Social Health Insurance – EsSalud – (registration of beneficiaries, guidance on maternity leave procedures, departmental assignment, address correction).
* Process SCTR-related procedures in coordination with the Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor.
* Process Economic Benefits at EsSalud offices (subsidy reimbursements) and other related procedures.
* Arrange medical assistance for injured staff or those requiring healthcare at health institutions.
* Conduct home visits to employees and their families to facilitate timely and appropriate medical care as needed.
* Represent the company in case of an employee’s or their family member’s death.
* Provide information, guidance, and counseling to all staff on health- and family-related topics.
* Register staff monthly in the MINTRA portal for all individuals covered under the Mandatory Life Insurance Policy.
* Register all declared beneficiaries under the Mandatory Life Insurance Policy.
Inform staff about EPS health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, enrollment, and cancellation.
* Maintain records of medical leaves, subsidies, and licenses (paternity leave, permissions, and others) for monthly payroll generation.
* Enter beneficiaries into the T-registry system.
* Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Social Worker – Degree/Certified and Licensed.
* Knowledge of Management Indicators (KPIs), occupational health, office software (intermediate level), and labor legislation.
* Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
