Today, we aim to welcome the following role to our team: Automation Assistant – Arequipa Plant We seek professionals passionate about continuous improvement, efficiency, and process optimization—individuals eager to drive high-impact projects within a solid and continuously growing organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree and/or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Intermediate MS Office proficiency. Basic knowledge of design tools (for mockups) such as Canva, Figma, or others. Basic knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate; alternatively, basic web backend and frontend programming skills. Responsibilities: Automate systems using various available programming tools to enhance efficiency of assigned processes. Analyze processes to clarify requirements prior to the automation process itself. Document projects generated by the department to serve as a foundation for future projects and to measure various performance metrics. Support automation process meetings to provide technical perspective during implementations. Support deployment of automations to ensure correct usage of developed solutions.
