




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant/Accounting Assistant to manage accounting operations, ensure tax and labor compliance, and optimize internal business processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support to various functional areas of the company. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 6 months as an accountant or accounting assistant. **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** Familiarity with the ERP **STARSOFT** *(preferred)* * Up-to-date knowledge of Peruvian tax, labor, and corporate legislation. * Proficiency in Electronic Accounting Books (SIRE/PLE), PDT, PLAME, T\-Register, and other SUNAT applications. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record and control the accounting for all company transactions in accordance with applicable regulations and internal policies within the STARSOFT ERP system. * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations: IGV, Income Tax, Withholdings, Perceptions, Payroll, and Social Security. * Review and validate accounting entries related to purchases, sales, payroll, or other transactions. * Implement improvements in accounting, financial, and human talent management processes. * Ensure compliance with labor, tax, corporate, and social security regulations. * Provide support to Logistics, HR, Projects, and other departments as required.
