Strengthen long-term business relationships At Vape Station, we seek a **B2B Sales Advisor** who is results-driven, focused on prospecting and account management, and responsible for maximizing brand presence and sales volume in the traditional channel through opening new points of sale and strengthening long-term business relationships. **Main Responsibilities:** * Research and identify new points of sale (warehouses, convenience stores, specialty shops) within the assigned territory. * Manage continuous expansion of the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities. * Adhere to the daily route schedule, diagnosing merchant needs and offering an appropriate product mix. * Negotiate purchase volumes, delivery timelines, and payment terms, ensuring profitability for both parties. * Place displays, banners, or POP materials at the point of sale, verifying stock levels and suggested retail prices. * Train store staff on product technical features to enhance their sales capability. * Handle returns or technical failures, acting as the liaison between the customer and the logistics department. * Follow up on outstanding payments and report to Commercial Management on competitor activities observed in the field. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service. * Personal transportation and valid driver's license. * Age range: 25–35 years (dynamic field profile). * Immediate and full-time availability. * Retail industry experience preferred. * Knowledge of Trade Marketing (preferred). **Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site (field work) * Working hours: Full-time * Fixed salary + commissions Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
