Resiter Perú, a company dedicated to waste management through recycling, valorization, and reuse, is seeking a Backhoe Loader Operator/Antamina Mining Unit. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Valid driver's license starting from category A2B onward. Minimum 6 years of certified experience as a Backhoe Loader Operator in mining units (Mandatory). Valid backhoe loader training course certificate (Mandatory for application). Availability to work under a 20-days-on/10-days-off regime. Residence in Huaraz or Lima (Mandatory). Prior work experience with Antamina (Not exclusive). Immediate availability. Responsibilities: Operate the backhoe loader for material handling, conditioning, loading, and unloading within the assigned area. Safely transport, stack, and organize non-recoverable waste components and other materials as directed by immediate supervision. Dismantle or break down structures according to operational requirements. Scrape, load, unload, and transport soil to designated containers or locations using appropriate equipment for each task. Adhere to the daily work schedule assigned by supervision, ensuring operational efficiency and proper equipment utilization.
