RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Request and verify the following information from the vehicle owner or driver. 2. Collect payment prior to vehicle inspection and issue the payment receipt. 3. Register vehicle data into the CITV software for vehicles scheduled for Technical Inspection. 4. Organize case files for each vehicle undergoing Vehicle Technical Inspection, incorporating corresponding vehicle registration information. 5. Prepare and submit reports as required by Management. 6. Make phone calls and send messages to customers. 7. Perform certification tasks. 8. Support commercial activities. 9. Customer service, guiding and organizing vehicles. 10. Other duties as deemed necessary by Management. -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical degree Years of experience Age: between 20 and 35 years
