Job Summary: Responsible for operational management, personnel supervision, and catering service coordination, ensuring quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in high-volume catering teams 2. Personnel management and shift scheduling 3. Process supervision and client coordination RESPONSIBILITIES: Experience in shift scheduling, assignment of duties, personnel handling, preparing rosters for supervised staff, etc. Manage complaints and claims, consolidating information to analyze future solution strategies. Supervise work processes across various services to ensure appropriate service delivery. Coordinate and supervise staff training on quality, safety, and other relevant topics. Supervise and manage special events and/or buffet setups requested by the client during operations. Supervise and control supplies required to fulfill services, coordinating with the warehouse supervisor. Maintain clear oversight of contract sales to ensure complete and timely valuation. Coordinate guidelines established between internal and external clients. REQUIREMENTS: Completed higher education in Administration, Tourism and Hospitality, Food Industries, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience leading high-volume catering teams in operational settings. Knowledge of Supply Control, Cost Management, and Budgeting. Intermediate-level Office software proficiency.
