Job Summary: Provide logistical and operational support at the External Plant, ensuring the safe transportation of personnel, materials, and equipment to meet daily programs and safety standards. Requires problem-solving ability and teamwork Job Mission: Provide logistical and operational support to the External Plant area by safely and promptly transporting personnel, materials, tools, and equipment to work sites, ensuring compliance with daily programs and road and corporate safety standards. * Valid A1 driver's license (mandatory) * Minimum 80 points in Driver Record (MANDATORY) * Completed secondary education * Studies in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Networks, or related fields (incomplete studies or graduate) * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google Earth (basic or intermediate level) * Desired: knowledge of fiber optic measurement instruments and tools (Power Meter – OTDR – Fusion Splicer), configuration of ONTs, residential routers, access points, etc., as well as fiber optic and copper cabling standards and norms * Prior experience in FTTH (GPON) installations * 6 to 12 months of experience in the sector * Problem-solving ability, communication skills, and teamwork capability * Willingness to travel and conduct field visits (preferred) * Knowledge of risk analysis (preferred) * Technical knowledge of various Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) solutions (preferred) Benefits: \- 100% employer-paid EPS health insurance, 50% oncology insurance \- Pay Flow allows you to advance up to 45% of your monthly salary. \- Free courses at Instituto Ingenio Learning. \- General regime, full payroll registration, all statutory benefits.
