Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive the placement of agreement-based loans. Conduct daily monitoring of results and goal achievement. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. Knowledge of agreement-based loans and/or payroll deduction loans. Experience leading commercial teams and achieving targets. Leadership, motivation, and communication skills. Analytical ability and results orientation.
