Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the coordination and execution of medium- and large-scale internal and external events, and to manage relationships with suppliers. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Determined / Eventual Period Contract (fixed duration) **What Are We Looking For?** Temporary vacancy due to maternity leave \- 3-month duration **Responsibilities:** \- Support the execution and compliance of processes, methodologies, and guidelines established by the Events and Logistics team. * Collaborate in end-to-end coordination and execution, as well as event design for medium- and large-scale events according to the activity calendar, with particular focus on external customer-facing events held at our headquarters or at external venues. * Prepare required budget reports for assigned events. * Support the comprehensive design and execution of medium-scale events for two key Bank areas: Engineering and Employee Value Proposition. * Conduct direct coordination with suppliers and agencies responsible for implementing activations or events according to the activity calendar. **Requirements:** \- 1–2 years of experience managing events. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency; AI tools proficiency * Soft skills: Organization, planning, assertive communication, negotiation, and proactivity. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
