Job Summary: We are seeking a Driver Trainee for a professionalization program, responsible for safe driving and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in the driver professionalization program. 2. Performs pre-operational inspections and reports incidents. 3. Maintains responsible driving and proper care of the vehicle. FARGOLINE S.A., a company of the FERREYCORP Group, is currently seeking top talent to participate as a Driver Trainee in the Driver Professionalization and License Recategorization Program, established under Supreme Decree No. 003-2026-MTC. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Valid Class A1 driver’s license, with at least three years of validity remaining from date of issuance (no serious or very serious sanctions in the previous year). Defensive Driving Course (Desirable). Minimum one year of certified experience in passenger and/or cargo transportation. Availability to participate in the program in the Callao district. Responsibilities: Strictly adhere to work schedules, training sessions, evaluations, and all activities scheduled within the driver training and license recategorization process. Operate assigned vehicles in full compliance with traffic regulations, internal procedures, and defensive driving and road safety guidelines. Actively participate in and successfully complete the theoretical and practical trainings established in the driver professionalization and license recategorization program. Conduct basic pre-operational inspections of the assigned vehicle before each shift, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions or detected failures (checklist). Maintain responsible, preventive driving aimed at minimizing incidents, accidents, traffic violations, and damage to vehicles. Immediately report incidents, unsafe acts, mechanical observations, or any situation posing operational risk. Maintain order, cleanliness, and appropriate care of the assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment during operations. Comply with company policies, internal regulations, and guidelines established for the driver training program. Comply with the Integrated Management Policy and the procedures established for implementing the company’s Management System.
