We currently have multiple ongoing projects and are looking for a **Construction Control and Production Engineer**, a key role to reinforce planning, operational control, and decision-making across our projects. **Job Objective:** Ensure technical and financial visibility of projects through rigorous control of schedules, progress, and resources, contributing to timely delivery and cost optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and update schedules for all projects (Gantt charts and critical path method). * Monitor compliance with the weekly lookahead schedule. * Track physical progress versus planned progress (S-curves). * Identify delay risks and propose action plans. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports with performance indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate with site supervisors and Operations Management. * Consolidate site requirements (logistics and procurement). * Standardize monitoring and control processes. **Requirements:** * Licensed Civil Engineer (or Bachelor’s degree holder with solid experience). * 3–5 years of experience in multifamily building construction execution. * Experience in production planning and control. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel. * Lean Construction knowledge is desirable. * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Technical leadership capability and cross-functional teamwork skills. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a company in an expansion phase. * Career path toward Production Manager. * Involvement in multifamily building projects. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience. *At URBAN arquitectos, we build more than projects: we build efficient management.* Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site
