Position Title: Operational Excellence Coordinator Surco, Lima | 100% On-site, Monday to Friday. Candidate Profile We Seek: Practical experience in continuous improvement, automation, or process transformation projects. Strong communication skills to organize your team, deliver presentations, and coordinate with various department heads. Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) / Kaizen / DMAIC and root cause analysis management. Experience in process automation using RPA and Python, and practical application of AI agents in operational environments. Proficiency in Power BI and automation of operational tasks. What Will Be Your Challenge? Lead continuous improvement initiatives, closing gaps and optimizing processes aligned with strategy. Drive automation and digitalization with analytics and AI to enhance productivity and quality. Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring high-impact, sustainable-value solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead continuous improvement, process optimization, and digitalization initiatives. Implement automations using Power Automate, RPA, and Python. Design operational dashboards and KPIs in Power BI. Apply generative AI tools for process analysis and optimization of operational tasks and reporting. Manage follow-up meetings and ensure agreement execution. Provide support, training, and mentoring to the analyst team. Administer organizational document management under control, update, and governance criteria. Proven experience in automation and continuous improvement—with measurable results in efficiency and cycle times—alongside strong competencies in communication, analysis, collaborative work, results orientation, and change management influence will be highly valued.
