Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to monitor vehicle fleets, report anomalies, control itineraries, generate geofences, and support coordination with GPS service providers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle fleet monitoring and highway incident management 2. Route itinerary control and analysis, with report generation 3. Coordination with GPS service providers for installation and maintenance Job Description: Requirements: · Availability to work rotating shifts. · Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. · Minimum 1 year of experience in GPS monitoring centers. · Residence in districts and/or areas adjacent to Villa el Salvador (Lurín, SJM, VES, Chorrillos) Responsibilities: · Monitor the precise locations of vehicle fleets via GPS systems and telephone calls. · Report anomalies and incidents occurring on highways and/or involving drivers by activating the operational contingency plan. · Control and analyze the itineraries of all routes. · Generate reports on: Fleet status, dispatch tracking of operating units. · Create geofences for respective operational controls. · Coordinate with GPS service providers regarding GPS installation, maintenance, and migration. · Provide support and follow-up on other departmental matters as required.
