Job Summary: A Mechanical or Industrial Engineering professional with experience in cost estimation and budgeting, responsible for supporting budget and quotation preparation, and coordinating project information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the preparation of budgets and commercial proposals. 2. Prepare quotations based on drawings and technical specifications. 3. Coordinate with key departments to gather project-related information. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in cost estimation and budgeting roles (preferably in the metal-mechanical sector). * Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (Mandatory). * Knowledge of structural takeoff (Mandatory). * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the preparation of budgets, commercial proposals, and internal projects. * Prepare quotations based on drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production departments to collect consumption data and construction progress updates. * Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports per project or product line. * Support internal audits and management reviews of cost data. * Participate in coordination meetings with other departments. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor consistent with the nature of the position.
