Lead and develop field sales teams. Drive the placement of agreement-based loans. Conduct daily follow-up of results and goal achievement. Train and mentor the team throughout the commercial process. Analyze performance indicators and optimize team productivity. What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the financial sector. Knowledge of agreement-based loans and/or payroll deduction loans. Experience leading commercial teams and achieving objectives. Leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
