Position Summary: We are seeking a Customs Sector Specialist to manage procedures, documentation, and customs operational activities, as well as coordinate cargo mobilization and supervision. Comprehensive management of customs operational activities At VELKON ADUANAS PERÚ SAC, we are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Customs Sector Specialist. REQUIREMENTS: \* Higher education: Technical or University degree in Administration, Business, or related fields. \* Prior experience required. \* Proficiency in SINTAD. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Process air freight and/or logistics operator platform permits, followed by invoice regularization for each withdrawal. \* Prepare documentation and mobilize cargo via respective platforms. \* Attend pre-inspections and merchandise inventory checks. \* Submit documents to SUNAT according to the applicable customs regime for cargo mobilization. \* Retrieve merchandise from various customs warehouses. \* Verify unloading operations. \* Review various document types (BL/DAM/FLIGHT ORDER) to ensure proper operational execution and subsequent reporting. \* Monitor expiration deadlines of DUAs (Customs Declaration Forms). \* Coordinate physical and consolidated customs inspections. \* Collect empty containers, loaded containers, and handle port and DT (Customs Terminal) entries. \* Assemble files and digitize documents. \* Manage printing of shipping guides and customs documentation. \* Generate mobilization services for physical customs inspections. \* Maintain digital customs archives. \* Manage customs document filing. \* Perform administrative tasks within the customs sector.
