We are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of DATA ANALYTICS ASSISTANT at our plant located in Ate. In this role, you will provide support in data management, model building, and indicator analysis, contributing to the development of analytical solutions that strengthen decision-making in industrial environments. Your key responsibilities will include: Building, developing, training, and optimizing Machine Learning models (RT DETR, Transformers, CatBoost, XGBoost, and others). Building data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for model training, validation, and testing, ensuring traceability, CI/CD, and efficient deployments. Measuring model performance, stability, and reliability using technical and business metrics. Collaborating with business and product teams to translate objectives into analytical requirements. Documenting solutions: assumptions, results, risks, and usage guidelines. Preparing reports and managing key performance indicators. Requirements Recent graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics-related positions. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (SST). Proficiency in KPIs and report preparation. Technical knowledge in Machine Learning, data pipelines, and performance metrics.
