Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Dispatch Manager and Input Control Specialist to manage order preparation, packaging, recording, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages order preparation, packaging, and secure packing. 2. Controls physical inventory and records product receipts/shipments. 3. Coordinates daily order dispatches and maintains an organized workspace. We are searching for top talent to fill the position of **Dispatch Manager and Input Control Specialist**. We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong responsibility and attention to detail to manage our order preparation, packaging, and recording processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **picking and packing** (order preparation, packaging, and secure packing) for local and national shipments. * Manage registration, tracking, and control of shipping labels on transportation and courier platforms (**Shalom, Olva, among others**). * Accurately record receipts and shipments of **finished products and inputs** in the system / ledger. * Maintain physical inventory control of the dispatch warehouse. * Coordinate daily order dispatches to ensure on-time delivery. * Keep the work area tidy, clean, and well-organized. **Requirements** * **Prior experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles involving dispatch, warehousing, picking & packing, logistics, or e-commerce. * **Platform proficiency:** Proven experience managing shipments via agencies such as Shalom, Olva Courier, or other local couriers. * **Key competencies:** High level of organization, punctuality, teamwork, and execution speed. * **Basic knowledge:** Proficiency in recording tools (Excel or inventory/ledger systems). * **Location:** Must reside in **La Molina** or nearby areas with easy access. **Location:** La Molina, Lima **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. MYPE payroll after 3-month probationary period Not open to students Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
