Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to efficiently manage and coordinate distribution operations in the southern channel, ensuring timely deliveries and returns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages distribution and deliveries in the southern channel. 2. Coordinates with carriers and generates progress reports. 3. Proposes improvements to automate distribution processes. At Grupo Vallenorte, we seek top talent for our Distribution area: WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. - Prior internship experience in Distribution, Warehouse, or Logistics areas. - Availability to work Full-Time shifts from Monday to Saturday. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage timely and accurate dispatches to the entire southern channel. Coordinate with carriers to ensure correct logging in the VLApp application: start of route, odometer reading, visited/rejected customers, accurate settlement of deliveries/rejections, and end-of-route closure. Manage and generate delivery progress reports and rejection reports due to cuts generated in the southern channel. Ensure timely return of distribution units (Time in Market). Assess whether rechecking orders is required, based on approved amount and volume by management. Manage and resolve claims raised by southern channel carriers. Monitor and execute changes and pickups in the southern channel. Provide support to carriers regarding rejections generated in their southern channel. Validate, once per week, invoices issued by assigned southern channel suppliers. Send weekly rejection ratios (KPIs) to southern channel carriers. Ensure proper use of PPE by assigned carriers. Manage BPM compliance for assigned carriers. Propose improvements to automate processes.
