Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage the receipt, inventory control, route planning, and delivery supervision of advertising materials. Key Highlights: 1. POP UP E.I.R.L., an advertising industry company dedicated to the production and installation of advertising materials, is currently seeking new talent for the position of **Distribution Coordinator** **REQUIREMENTS** \- University graduate or bachelor's degree holder (technical or academic) in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. \- Two years of experience in the position. \- Intermediate Excel skills. \- Ability to manage and monitor KPIs. \- Availability of time for management tasks. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Manage receipt, control, and inventory of finished products. \- Plan and coordinate daily distribution routes and shipments. \- Supervise delivery execution and manage operational incidents. \- Manage transportation providers and dispatch documentation. \- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability and correct delivery. \- Supervise the distribution team and evaluate its performance. \- Control logistics costs and develop departmental KPIs. \- Ensure compliance with established standards and processes. **CONDITIONS** \- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM \- Location: Cercado de Lima \- Employment regime: MYPE (CTS, mid-year and year-end bonuses at 50%, and vacation benefits) \- Paydays: 22nd and 7th of each month **BENEFITS** \- Formal payroll from day one \- Career growth opportunities \- Dynamic work environment \- Health insurance, life insurance, and EPS coverage Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in? * Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima? * What are your salary expectations? * Please provide your updated contact number.
