Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Rider to manage the delivery and pickup of spare parts, ensuring proper custody and condition of materials, and coordinating shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and product condition monitoring We are Tracto Camiones USA, a leading company in the automotive sector, and we are currently searching for top talent to fill the DISTRIBUTION RIDER position. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Pick up and deliver spare parts to customers, workshops, transportation companies, and other recipients, strictly adhering to daily schedules and established routes. 2. Transport spare parts between the company's internal warehouses and local suppliers, ensuring proper custody, organization, and protection of transported materials. 3. Coordinate and manage the pickup/shipping of spare parts across various transportation agencies (Province-Lima / Lima-Province), according to operational priorities set by management. 4. Verify the physical condition, packaging, and quantity of products before dispatch or receipt, ensuring alignment with the delivery note or purchase document. 5. Meet assigned delivery deadlines and promptly report any on-route incidents (traffic, vehicle breakdowns, customer delays) affecting operational flow. 6. Maintain preventive maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned motorcycle (or personal motorcycle, as per contract), ensuring optimal mechanical and legal conditions (SOAT, valid technical inspections) to prevent operational downtime. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education: Completed Secondary Education Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. Ability to read and understand delivery notes and invoices. Basic knowledge of spare parts identification is desirable. Familiarity with Lima and Callao routes and navigation apps (Waze / Google Maps).
