




Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Scheduling Assistant to manage orders, coordinate transportation, and provide operational support in logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales order scheduling and inventory management. 2. Coordination of transportation and last-mile logistics. 3. Operational support in distribution and warehouse. Follow us on: Linkedin.com / Industrias del Envase We are currently seeking the following profile: Distribution Scheduling Assistant Requirements: Technical degrees in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics scheduling, distribution, transportation, or warehousing. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with ERP or logistics systems for order scheduling and tracking. Knowledge of distribution and last-mile transportation coordination. Responsibilities: Schedule sales orders in the system according to stock availability, production plan, and committed delivery dates. Participate in planning and operational alignment meetings with all departments involved in the process. Manage customer appointments and route last-mile channel deliveries. Record and update the operational incident log for service level indicator tracking and reporting. Issue operational alerts regarding stock shortages, unit restrictions, or risks of non-compliance.
