Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage driver attraction and onboarding—from recruitment and selection processes through to stabilization and post-onboarding support. What will you do? * Actively manage all attraction channels to reach potential drivers. * Respond to initial candidate inquiries, provide clear information about the process, and maintain warm communication from the first message. * Schedule, confirm, and follow up on selection interviews. * Support drivers from onboarding through stabilization: documentation, orientation, system access, and post-onboarding support. * Receive, verify, and organize each driver’s documentation, maintaining updated records and coordinating onboarding logistics. * Validate driver operational data (hours, shifts), consolidate it in Excel, and submit clean, timely reports to Finance.
