Position Summary:
We are seeking a Textile Procurement and Inventory Manager with experience in the textile sector to manage the procurement and control of garment manufacturing materials.

**Brandtex Perú**, a company dedicated to garment manufacturing and uniform production, is currently seeking a **Procurement and Inventory Manager**, with industry experience and expertise in fabrics, trims, and manufacturing inputs.
We seek a candidate familiar with the procurement process for **fabrics, trims, and textile inputs**, capable of negotiating with suppliers and maintaining effective inventory control to ensure timely material supply for our production.
**What We Are Looking For:**
* Minimum **2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management within the textile or garment industry**.
* **Knowledge of fabrics and textile materials**, including their properties and applications.
* Experience purchasing **fabrics, trims, and garment manufacturing inputs**.
* Experience in supplier quotation, negotiation, and evaluation.
* Management and control of inventories—both physical and documentary.
* Basic proficiency in **Excel, Office, and SUNAT**.
* Familiarity with documentation related to procurement, material receipt, and dispatch.
* Valid **Class A1 driver’s license**.
* Availability for on-site work.
**Responsibilities:**
· Execute the **procurement and supply of fabrics, trims, and manufacturing inputs** for uniform production, including quotation, negotiation, and supplier follow-up.
· Coordinate **material receipt and verification**, ensuring compliance with quantities, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
· Administer and maintain up-to-date **physical and virtual inventories** of fabrics, trims, and inputs, promptly identifying shortages and discrepancies.
· Coordinate material requirements with **Production and Quality departments**, aligned with work orders.
· Coordinate **dispatch and delivery of goods to customers**, including route scheduling and verification of quantities and documentation.
· Issue and manage **shipping guides and tax-compliant documents via SUNAT**, while maintaining updated records and documentary control of all operations.

· Remuneration: **S/ 2,400 – S/ 2,600**, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
· Employment Type: On-site.
· Work Schedule: Full-time.
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
· Work Location: Ate, Lima.
