Initial collections management and customer follow-up WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FIELD SALES ADVISOR FOR MI FIBRA COMPANY FOR NORTH LIMA, CALLAO, SJL, SANTA ANITA, ATE, AND SAN MIGUEL A home internet and digital TV + internet company for businesses, recognized by **Ookla® Speedtest Awards™** as the fastest fixed internet in Peru, the most highly rated by users, and the most stable in Latin America, with 4 years in operation, serving Áncash, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Huánuco, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Lima (San Miguel and Los Olivos), Piura, and Tumbes. **1\.\- RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Sell home internet services and digital TV bundles. * 100% field-based work: door-to-door visits, flyer distribution, and customer acquisition. * Manage initial collections and customer follow-up. * Provide clear service information and resolve customer inquiries. * Ensure payment collection and customer retention. **2\.\- COMPETENCIES:** * Customer service orientation * Results-oriented with emphasis on quality * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Negotiation and conflict resolution * Assertive communication **3\.\- WORK SCHEDULE:** **\-Monday to Saturday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; fixed day off on Sunday** **4\- OTHER BENEFITS**: \-Christmas food baskets or vouchers \-Birthday leave day. 100% statutory labor benefits Salary: Starting at S/.1,380.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
