Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and to coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings at Molino Contreras. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and supervise the company's comprehensive accounting process. 2. Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff. 3. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS. At Molino Contreras, we are currently seeking new talent to join our team in the position of "ACCOUNTANT". POSITION MISSION: Responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, as well as performing and coordinating monthly and annual accounting closings. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate in Accounting. \- Minimum 03 years of experience in the milling industry (mandatory). \- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, Book IVAP, and SIMPRESOFT system. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in financial Excel, Power BI, and accounting ERP systems. FUNCTIONS: * Plan and supervise the company's comprehensive accounting process. * Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual financial statements. * Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). * Supervise the accurate recording of purchases, sales, production, inventories, fixed assets, and costs. * Control the proper determination of production costs. * Review bank reconciliations and accounting accounts. * Supervise timely tax filing and payment. * Verify compliance with tax obligations before the competent authority. * Prepare financial reports for Management. * Analyze financial indicators and propose improvement actions. * Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, Sales, and Human Resources departments to ensure the integrity of financial information. * Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of accounting department staff.
