Plan, coordinate, and control the timely procurement of spare parts, materials, tools, and services required for the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment, ensuring operational continuity, adherence to deadlines, and cost optimization. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, heavy equipment maintenance, or similar positions. * Knowledge of procurement and supply management for spare parts, materials, tools, and consumables used in projects and workshops. * Proficiency in maintenance and logistics control systems **(SISCAT is mandatory)**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Driver's License AIIB * Availability to work in Lurín and travel as required by operational needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate the supply of spare parts, materials, tools, and consumables for projects and workshops. * Manage domestic and international procurement according to operational requirements. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, and Warehouse departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requests. * Request quotations, prepare comparative analysis tables, and negotiate with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and track them until receipt and acceptance of goods. * Supervise inventory control and establish minimum and maximum stock levels. * Coordinate transportation and distribution of materials to various projects. * Manage warranties, returns, and claims with suppliers. * Prepare procurement, supply, and logistics performance reports. * Maintain an updated supplier database and evaluate supplier performance. * Optimize acquisition costs while ensuring quality and operational continuity. * Coordinate timely procurement of critical spare parts to prevent equipment downtime. * Comply with and enforce internal logistics, safety, quality, and environmental procedures. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in companies engaged in heavy equipment rental and maintenance. * Familiarity with heavy equipment such as excavators, tractors, front-end loaders, motor graders, and auxiliary equipment. * Experience supporting mining projects. * Knowledge of import processes for spare parts and logistics for heavy equipment. **We Offer** * Join a stable and growing company. * Formal employment registration (payroll). * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Statutory benefits (General Regime). **Work Location:** Lurín, Lima.
