Responsibilities: - Ensure that all institutional departments comply with applicable legal norms, Internal Work Regulations, and current collective and institutional agreements, minimizing labor contingencies. - Prepare payroll budgets and participate in the annual budget justification process, as well as in the execution of the approved budget. - Organize and coordinate the activities of the Compensation Analyst and the Social Welfare Officer regarding medical leave registration, subsidy recovery, death benefit payments, and other matters related to efficient personnel management. - Organize and supervise the team under direct supervision to efficiently carry out personnel administration and welfare (development, recruitment and training, social welfare, payroll). - Identify, analyze, evaluate, treat, and communicate risks and opportunities, implementing actions within processes to achieve intended results. - Administer, safeguard, and control personnel documentation to ensure documented information is available in case of contingencies, maintaining strict confidentiality. - Supervise proper overtime control, compensatory time management, and commission calculations for institutional staff. - Verify correct preparation of employment contracts and appropriate tracking of contract expiration dates for renewal or termination, as applicable. - Supervise proper control and recovery of subsidies (maternity, lactation, funeral, illness), as well as timely ESSALUD procedures (e.g., registrations) within established deadlines. - Organize and coordinate timely responses to inquiries and requests from various institutional departments. - Actively participate in auditing processes and other activities related to the Integrated Management System (IMS). - Monitor implementation of organizational development activities. - Conduct monthly monitoring of timely submission of Human Resources Management indicators. - Coordinate identification, evaluation, and treatment of risks and opportunities within Human Resources Management processes to achieve intended results. - Verify that the Human Resources Department complies with standards and procedures established in the Integrated Management System. - Assume duties of the Head of Human Resources in the absence of the incumbent. - Comply with company Occupational Safety and Health policies and actively participate in all related activities. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
