At **EVA Courier**, we are currently recruiting for our Customer Service department, focused on tracking inquiries, incidents, and operational coordination with stores and warehouses. We seek an organized, analytical, and communicative individual with the ability to consistently follow up on various requests. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Saturday, **9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * On-site work mode. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Completed technical studies or currently enrolled. * If currently studying, must have schedules compatible with working hours. * Analytical skills, effective communication, and leadership capability. * Ability to manage multiple requests and track cases efficiently. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage store inquiries and requests via WhatsApp. * Track and resolve incidents, complaints, and requests. * Record and categorize various operational scenarios in established systems. * Manage and track canceled orders, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate with stores and warehouses regarding merchandise intake and returns. * Manage returns of eligible and non-eligible products. * Provide operational support in coordinating with carriers and logistics operators. * Coordinate express pickups and deliveries between stores and warehouses. * Inform warehouse staff about scheduled merchandise intake. * Promptly review and respond to pending chats and inquiries. * Maintain updated documentation and records of all handled cases. * Escalate critical or priority cases to respective departments to ensure timely resolution.
