Position Summary: Manages procurement of goods, supplies, and services for maintenance, general services, and POP materials, ensuring quality and optimal commercial terms. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed cost analysis and in-depth cost structure analysis. 2. Development of new domestic and international suppliers. 3. Supervision of supplier evaluation and identification of improvement opportunities. **Purpose:** To manage procurement of goods, supplies, and services, ensuring timely and continuous supply aligned with internal users' needs, within the parameters of quality, timeliness, price, and optimal commercial terms for Maintenance, General Services, and POP Material categories. **Responsibilities:** Cost analysis: Break down and analyze costs into specific components such as labor, materials, overhead, and other relevant elements. This involves understanding the cost structure in depth. Responsible for organizing and supervising procurement processes within the company, in accordance with established policies for the following categories: Maintenance, General Services, and POP Material. Analyze and assess the purchasing requirements of various company processes—including spare parts, general services, and POP material—to develop planned and/or corporate negotiations. Develop new suppliers (domestic and international) in compliance with corporate procurement policies, for indirect goods, general services, and POP material categories. Supervise supplier evaluation, market analysis, and identification of improvement opportunities among domestic and international suppliers in the Maintenance, General Services, and POP Material categories. Analyze quotations and prepare comparative tables based on the budget allocated to each category. Manage and analyze follow-up of domestic and imported purchase orders
