Job Summary: Monitor and report on the condition of goods in field warehouses to ensure safe warrant operations and maintain accurate inventory information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control of goods in field warehouses and warrant operations. 2. Reporting on storage conditions and inventory levels. 3. Support for warrant and logistics services. **Objectives:** * Initiate and maintain safe warrant operations using valid and well-maintained goods. * Inspectors must submit reports on both goods and field warehouses according to the operation's scheduled timeline. * Promptly report any condition that could harm Almafin. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for controlling goods in field warehouses and obligated to provide accurate and precise inventory information for warrant purposes. * Inspects and reports on the storage conditions of goods in field warehouses. * Inspectors are required to promptly and immediately report any anomalies, control failures, or stock discrepancies detected in field warehouses to the Inspection Department Head. * Provide support for any other activities related to warrant and logistics services. **Experience and Requirements** * Completed technical education. * Minimum six months of work experience preferred, with knowledge of inventory management and handling of products such as coffee and cocoa. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (validation test will be administered). * High level of commitment and discretion when handling clients' confidential information. * Must reside in Bagua (areas adjacent to the plant).
