If you want to join us and become part of a great team, this is the place for you! **What Will Be Your Mission and Key Responsibilities?** Direct and oversee the fruit harvesting process by planning resources (personnel, materials, and transportation) and supervising quality standards to ensure achievement of projected production targets. **Responsibilities:** * Validate the daily harvest plan by reviewing fruit production estimates and ripeness levels to meet delivery quotas established by Operations Management. * Manage labor workforce and transportation requirements by coordinating with Human Resources and Production departments to ensure availability of necessary labor and mobility for field operations. * Oversee field activities execution through direct inspection and supervision of assigned supervisors to ensure harvesting complies with technical and food safety protocols. * Control harvested fruit quality by monitoring discard rates and field post\-harvest handling to maximize the percentage of exportable fruit sent to the plant. * Validate daily production records by reviewing logbooks and control systems to ensure accuracy of progress and attendance data for piece-rate and bonus payments. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations by supervising use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and identifying hazards to minimize incidents during working hours. * Optimize harvesting material usage by managing field inventory controls to prevent material losses and operational cost overruns. * Report progress and productivity indicators by preparing daily reports to support tactical decision-making during the harvest campaign. REQUIREMENTS **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum three (3) years of experience performing similar functions in the agro-industrial sector. * Knowledge of personnel management, harvest supply chain planning, and general harvest budgeting. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Intermediate Power BI proficiency. * Strong empathy, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Willingness to reside on-site (Pisco). **CORE COMPETENCIES** Proactive individual with organizational and communication skills, methodical and analytical mindset, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and teamwork orientation. **LOCATION** Pisco, Peru. *At Surexport, we value diversity as a strategic asset and commit to equal opportunity throughout all our selection processes.
