Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mining Engineer with commercial and operational expertise to lead the identification, evaluation, and profitable execution of projects in the mining sector.

We are Mineral Perú, a Peruvian company dedicated to the mining sector, machinery sales, cargo transportation, and mineral marketing.
We seek a candidate with specific experience in mining contractor projects, possessing both commercial and operational orientation to develop new business opportunities for the company.
The primary objective of this position is to serve as the leader responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing new projects, and subsequently organizing the necessary resources to execute them profitably.
Requirements
* Certified Mining Engineer with active professional registration.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in mining projects.
* Specialization or Master's degree in project management.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop contacts with mining companies, contractors, and other firms that may require our services.
* Identify other companies' needs and determine how we can support them using our currently available resources.
* Generate opportunities to deploy our tractors, machinery, equipment, and personnel on new projects.
* Actively identify new projects and commercial opportunities.
* Lead the process of securing new projects, from first contact through proposal preparation and submission.
* Maintain commercial relationships capable of generating repeat work and projects.
* Technically and economically evaluate each opportunity before committing to it.
* Confirm that each project delivers appropriate profitability before recommending its execution.
* Prepare and review budgets, costs, timelines, and required resources.
* Prepare competitive technical and economic proposals.
* Organize the necessary resources to execute secured projects, including personnel, machinery, equipment, materials, logistics, and procurement.
* Plan and lead operational execution.
* Monitor actual costs against the approved budget.
* Continuously monitor the profitability and profitability of each project.
* Manage schedules, progress reports, and valuations.
* Identify cost, productivity, or schedule deviations and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure the company's machinery, equipment, and personnel are used efficiently; when capacity is available, seek new opportunities where these resources can generate revenue.
Main Responsibilities
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM
* Availability to travel as required
